Hi,

yes, the iso (and hence the keyring) is somewhat outdated. I think, last 
time I tried (coincidally: yesterday), I solved it via

> pacman-key --init
> pacman-key --populate archlinux archlinux32

in the root shell of the install medium.
Let me know if that works. But I should/will kick off a new iso build 
anyways ...
