[arch-proaudio] Request for testing rubberband 2.0.0

Hi all,

I have added rubberband 2.0.0 to [community-testing].
Upstream declares this version as "binary compatible" down to 1.7, but
not "output-compatible" in realtime mode [1].

Please test and report any issues.
The new version will otherwise be merged after seven days.
