[arch-projects] [netcfg] [PATCH] Add PPPoE connection support

It is orphaned, but Remy Oudompheng has a more or less active repo at
http://projects.archlinux.org/users/remy/netcfg.git/
and is assigned to most of the netcfg bugs.
