[arch-projects] [initscripts] bug fix release

Hi all,

Due to an lvm-on-encryption bug, I'd like to push another release
relatively soon.

Anything that should go in? Any manpage changes?

With this release I'll also merge some systemd service files. This
obviously does not have an impact on initscripts systems, but on systemd
systems it means that systemd will read and support DAEMONS, MODULES, and
rc.local*.
