[arch-projects] [PATCH] [abs] Update the README file due to the deleted VCS PKGBUILD prototypes

The README mentions that VCS PKGBUILD prototypes are included with ABS,
but because a prior commit removed these prototypes, the README needs to
be updated to reflect this.
