[arch-projects] [PATCH] [abs] Remove the bzr, git, hg, and svn PKGBUILD prototypes that are better supported in pacman 4.1

CVS and Darcs are not supported in normal PKGBUILDs in pacman 4.1 like
Bazaar, Git, Mercurial, and Subversion are, so CVS and Darcs prototypes
should remain for now.
