[arch-projects] [PATCH] [abs] Update shebangs to use /usr/bin instead of /bin due to merging of the "bin" directories

It then breaks on every system where bash isn't accessible via /usr/bin.
The only acceptable bash shebangs are:
#!/bin/bash
#!/use/bin/env bash
