    makechrootpkg: Simplify chroot preparation (v2)
    
    Copy both UID and primary GID of the invoker to the builduser. Mount
    srcdest and startdir read-write.
    
    v2: Fixed GnuPG keyring owner and moved running namcap from a heredoc
        to a function.
