[arch-releng] Dep cycles in core and 2009.01

I confirm that archlinux-2009.01-beta3-ftp-i686.iso has a x86_64 kernel (or
at least seems to have). The isolinux ftp image
archlinux-2009.01-beta3-ftp-i686-isolinux.iso has an i686 kernel inside.

I'm trying to perform a clean install from it, I reply when finished.
