Oops, I did not answer your question at all: Yes /tmp is untouched (/tmp
has 1755 made by filesystem pkg).
/tmpfs (on initramfs is the writeable branch of union mount)
/tmpfs.sqfs is where *.sqfs are copied when copytoram=y is used.
I detected this accidentaly while working with my custom live cd, I
wrote to / some files as user :P
