Okay, I deleted the working_thomas branch and pushed a new one (don't
pull, just fetch, branch -d and check out again). This should now fix
the things I missed (btw, I had also missed to add HDT to the
archiso2dual configuration).

I kept the "rename to syslinux" commit, as we will have a new syslinux
package soon, which will support that change.
