Well this is round 2...

TODO:
 * Update documentation accordingly

Notable Changes:
 * Switch order of patches 3 and 2 around.
 * Changed location of syslinux-install_update to reflect new location
   in syslinux package (/usr/sbin/syslinux-install_update)
 * Removed check to see if syslinux is installed

There is a signoff for syslinux 4.03-3 pending atm.
