[arch-releng] [RFC] Inclusion of irc client on the install CD

Hi,

A user just broke her system pretty badly and we agreed that she'll boot
a live cd, install irssi and we'd help her fix it. Sadly, installing
irssi didn't really work out.

I think it would be a good idea to include irssi or weechat (whichever
needs less space) on the CD so we can support beginners more easily. I
guess it's especially hard (for beginners) to install irssi now because
they'll be pretty stressed when their system is broken and the recent
perl rebuild probably makes it even worse.
