[arch-releng] [archiso] /run/initramfs/ too big

On archiso, /run/initramfs is too big. Every symlink has turned into a
copy. It also has /lib and /usr/lib, both with identical contents. This
makes /run/initramfs 21MB, and most of it is duplicates.
