Looks good at least for not building them and publishing on the web, but 
maybe can be useful for custom builds, the same argument can be applied 
to dual-only ISO.
 From code simplification in releng/build.sh looks really good and less 
files from syslinux...

PS: maybe we could add 32-bit EFI, looks like there are some setups 
around...
