[arch-releng] Removing GRUB from AIF

So I started poking around with the current state of AIF and archiso,
and it looks like the very first thing that needs to be done to AIF is
to remove its dependency on grub legacy, and update it for grub2 and/or
syslinux, which shouldn't be *too* hard...

I can't handle removing the dependency on the package itself, but you
guys probably don't want me doing that anyhow at this point :P
