[arch-releng] UEFI Shell

Hello everybody,

currently the build process fetches two versions of UEFI shell via curl.
There are two problems with that:

* The files are not verified in any way.
* The build process fails if files could not be retrieved. (Currently there
  is a certificate problem at sf.net, so this is the case atm.)

Any chance to get these file from any package? If this is not needed anywhere
else add the files to archiso itself.
