[arch-releng] Where is the ISO?

According to everything on the Arch Linux Downloads page:
https://www.archlinux.org/download/
archlinux-2016.07.01-dual.iso should be available.

The torrent tracker keeps saying "torrent not found". Via DHT and PEX, I
have connected to more than 50 peers in the torrent swarm, and none of
them had even a single piece of the file. All of the HTTP mirror links
simply return 404.

Clearly the file exists, or there would not be a PGP signature for it.
So could someone who has it please seed it at least once?
