[aur-dev] New Release

There is a bug on the current AUR because the new chmodding stuff does
no error checks so if a PKGBUILD is invalid in any way the AUR will
start chmodding all package dirs hosted. PHP kills the script before
it's done but it can't be good for the server and there is no feedback
on what happened for the user.

I think we're gonna have to do another release soon. Thoughts?
