Iirc, you are allowed to put the username part in quotes/doubleticks
( "foo"@bar.tld)

Also, you seem to allow only lowercase letters, digits, "-" and "_".
Have you thought about foo..bar at baz.tld and füübar at baz.tld?
What about the "mobi" tld?
