[aur-dev] archweb branch merged into master

Hi, guys!

This turned out to take much longer than expected, but the archweb
branch (>50 patches, that is) has finally been merged into master.
There's a few things that still need some fine tuning but it basically
pretty much looks like archweb already.

Special thanks fly out to canyonknight, who contributed several patches
and helped a lot with merging our work together!
