[aur-dev] 2.0.0 string freeze

Strings are frozen for one week [1]. 2.0.0 is expected to be released on
next Sunday (04 Feb 2012).

A lot of languages still need to be updated. These include:

* German
* French
* Catalan
* Greek
* Spanish
* Hungarian
* Italian
* Norwegian Bokmål
* Polish
* Portuguese (Portugal)
* Romanian
* Serbian
* Turkish
* Finnish
* Russian
* Chinese (China)

All of these were ~100% complete before the new strings were pushed and
need some additions for 2.0.0.
