As far as I know, there is no (official) documentation of this field.
Only its name which indicates that the field contains a URL. It does not
imply that the URL is relative, though.

Yeah, I don't see any disadvantage in dropping the domain name from the
default value. If it fixes some AUR helpers, let's do that.
