[aur-dev] [PATCH] Add Arabic translation

Sorry, my bad.
The plan is by adding the direction to html tag, and then adding sections
in css file like: "html[dir="rtl"] form {float:right}", this is the way
used in Pootle and I think it's great :)
I edited some attributes in the browser inspector and I got this:

Now I have to do some strings splits!
