+1. This will also make it easier to move packages from community to
extra and vice-versa. We'll lose the commenting capability on the
community packages, but I don't think its a great loss. It'll also give
greater visibility to the [community] repo, and as a side effect allow
us to search across all the repos from one box, which we currently
don't have.
