[aur-general] Package adoption / removal request

Hi! I'm Sirius from Norway.

libhx and pam_mount hasn't been updated since 17 Jun 2008, and are flagged
out of date. I've posted updated PKGBUILDs as comments, but I'm willing to
adopt the packages. It seems that the maintainer, mvdb, hasn't been here for
a while.
