And I've found a bug in 30 seconds. :-P
The list has User|Yes|No|Voted? but no Abstain.
In addition, a Total column would be usefull too.

We will still have to check if a quorum was met manually
(because AUR doesn't know about active/inactive TUs,
and Dev/TUs are marked as Developers in AUR).
