[aur-general] new PKGBUILDs libquicktime + openmovieeditor

[Dragonlord]

I´ve made new PKGBUILDs for these 2 packages. User kindarch requested
the new openmovieeditor in the forum. I can't adopt these packages,
because they are in the community repo. Can someone please update them?
