[aur-general] AUR CVS access and more

2 out of 3 solved.

for the cvs access, paul mattal is mentioned in the AUR TU guidelines, and
in the previous election of Hugo, both paul en elliot and simo are
mentioned. Could I contact one of them, or is it just simo at the moment ?
