[aur-general] Eclipse-Qt update

Hi everyone.

I sent an (gentle ^_^) email 4 days ago to eclipse-qt maintainer to ask him to update 
his package on Aur but I did not get any response. 
The last update was 24 June 2007.

In my email, I offered him to adopt his package if he did not have the time to maintain it.

What can we do if he did not response?
Could I adopt his package or should I simply post my new pkgbuild as a comment?
