For old versions of gcc:
ftp://ftp.belnet.be/mirror/archlinux.org/core/os/x86_64/

Many of my packages have needed either "#include <string.h>" or
"#include <stdlib.h>" to work. I haven't come across any other header
files that no longer get included.
