[aur-general] not quite orphaned request - mugshot

The mugshot package in AUR has been out of date for some time and the author has not responded to requests to update it since July of 2007.

I have provided a new PKGBUILD in the comments along with creating new PKGBUILDs for software it now depends on, desktop-data-model and hippo-canvas.
