[aur-general] abs and CURRENT

Currently, abs downloads only stuff which is tagged CURRENT,
this has a result of not giving the latest PKGBUILD in some
cases; especially when a change has been made that does
not change the corresponding binary, but only metadata like
the URL and source links. Would it cause a problem if changes
like these are tagged CURRENT? I could use SVN to retrieve
the packages, but that would be a greater load on the servers.
