[aur-general] How to handle interchangeable dependencies?

I haven't checked up on its progress but there was a discussion about
getting community to share the table w/ core and extra. That would
solve it.

If not, I don't see how "cpp" hurts more than "c++" as they're
generally accepted to be interchangeable.
