There's a script that fixes this ever 5 seconds, if it's broken.
However, I noticed it was doing the chmod to "/srf/" :) Fixed

The dbscripts should handle permissions right so this never actually
happens... if you're mucking with the files manually, set your umask
or chmod the file later
