first point:
i think using "sudo" in a pkgbuild isn't really useful, especially when
there is no dependency on the sudo-package.

second:
i was able to compile ctunnel with the pkgbuild from janserv's comment
at http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=26922 so why don't you copy
that one?
