OK, I've setup 4 accounts. I decided to use the <first initial><last
name> scheme here.

pmatias, ibiru, cbrannon, and mherych all have accounts. Please send
me an ssh key so I can set up your account

CVS is now over ssh (the pserver is no more) and this scheme will
persist with the svn conversion - so a shell account is needed to
commit.
