[aur-general] Deletion Request: ruby-sup

Hmm. The old package was actually uploaded by Andrea Scarpino. I'm still
thinking the right name for this package is just "sup" but perhaps I'm
mistaken? Sup is certainly not a library or anything.

Anyway, I guess I own both of them now so it doesn't matter too much to
me which one gets the delete :)
