There should not be any problems since the changes are backward
compatible (except db-update, of course). I didn't understand what the
purpose of setting CARCH in db-move and db-remove is; when we
use any packages, then CARCH becomes 'any' which isn't really valid.

Also calling db-remove archindeppkg repo i686 (or x86_64) will remove
the arch independent package only from that particular architecture. I
don't know whether this should be a bug or a feature :)

I can't see any bugs which would crop up because of the absence of
the 'any' directory on the ftp, but it'd be better to create those directories
anyway.
