[aur-general] Quick Access Plasmoid appears more than once in AUR

Hello,

The Quick Access Plasmoid appears more than once in AUR. [1] is orphaned but 
has more votes. [2] still has a maintainer. So I would suggest to remove [1] 
from AUR.
