[aur-general] [Deletion request] cl-asdf-install

[cl-asdf-install][1] is now included by default in the [cl-asdf][2] package, so
there's not much of a need for this package to hang around. I made a note on
the cl-asdf-install page a while back that the package has been absorbed by
cl-asdf; I figure enough time has passed for users to have upgraded cl-asdf and
switched over.
