Ok, here's a stupid question that occurred to me as I was deleting that
package.  Shouldn't cl-asdf really be part of clisp?  I mean,
asdf is pretty much a prerequisite, if you are doing any sort of serious
Lisping.  What is the deal?  Is it licensing?
