[aur-general] Move community/*avr* to the AUR.

I'm hoping to bring on arduino [1], which depends on these (except
avrdude, which I believe is provided internally). So don't remove
them.

Give me some time and if I don't see myself making the move anytime
soon, I'll drop them for you.
