[aur-general] Deletion and disown requests

Hi,

please delete stone-soup-nettiles [1]. The project looks dead and was never 
actually 100% usable as far as I know.

I'm not sure about the second one. stone-soup [2] has a maintainer and was 
last updated on July 27th. However, it's been perpetually out of date, with 
AUR updates coming 2 months or so after official updates (even though nothing 
except pkgver and md5sums needed to be changed) and even then were done 
carelessly with incorrect links and md5sums. Somebody has even created a 
stone-soup071 package (which is the current version) because [2] is not up to 
date.

I've marked the package out of date a few times, posted a PKGBUILD diff to the 
comments on July 31st (still not applied), and emailed the maintainer a week 
ago without a reply.

While I don't want to steal this package, I'd love to maintain it and keep it 
updated. Your call whether disowning is appropriate.
