You should consider reposting you application with a meaningful
subject and without the "In-Reply-To" header (which is created by
you mail client when you use the "reply" button to send a mail to
the list. In Thunderbird your message shows up in the middle of the
"Non-native English speakers and the AUR by-laws [WAS: removal proposal
for Ranguvar]" thread.
