[aur-general] [exim] Bump to 4.71

Hi,

Yesterday Andrea (BaSh) moved to [community] exim, when I arrived home
I got the bug notifications which the package had when it was on
[extra]; but Daniel (Ghost1227) closes those bug too fast :O (I
already said thank to him), now that those bugs are closed, I packaged
a new release and it's on [community-testing] I would like some
feedback from exim's user, so if the package it's ready I will move it
from [community-testing] to [community].

Opinions?
