A look in [extra] tells me the orphaned one is following the standard
naming scheme, but, remove it.

It's not reason enough to upload a pkgbuild just because an existing
one is incorrectly named. The correct approach is to advise the
maintainer and tell him/her to re-upload, or ask to orphan if the
individual concerned wants to maintain it instead.
