[aur-general] What to do about raggle?

I'm maintaining raggle in [unsupported] and it seems to be broken despite my
attempts to patch it as best I can. The project has been abandoned upstream
since 2005, and I don't think ruby-ncurses which it depends on really even
works. I would delete it except that it has 75 votes. What to do?
