[aur-general] delete packages

I think all of these packages should be deleted:

iolang (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=42613)
dupe of iolanguage

vimspell (http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=465)
upstream itself advises to stop using it since vim7 has a better native
spellchecker

mkvtoolnix-patched (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=41906)
"A permanent official solution has been included in the new v4.4 upstream
release. So this package no longer has any reason to exist."

floola (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=16267) OR bin32-floola (
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=18717)
both provide the same (outdated) bin package. One of them should be deleted
(second one is the dupe but has better naming...)
