[aur-general] Removal request

Hi TUs,

The following packages can be removed from AUR:
irate (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=16382)
kickpim (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=7663)
knights-themepack (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=15154)
knights (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=1778)

I'm the maintainer of the first three packages, the last one is
orphaned.

Upstream is in all cases dead.

Irate can't be run anymore due to an exception in thread "main". and
the music server also seems to be down.

Kickpim is a useful tool, but was for KDE3 and can't be built anymore
due to missing KDE3 dependencies in the repos and in AUR.

Knights also can't be built anymore due to missing KDE3 dependencies.

Perl-termreadkey (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=34542) seems
to be a duplicate of perl-term-readkey in [extra]. I'm not the
maintainer of this package but I think it can be removed from AUR, too.
I just informed the maintainer in the AUR comments about the
duplication.
